Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Hybrid Nanovehicles In article 2300376, Donghang Xu, Tianyuan Zhang, Jianqing Gao and co-workers develop a biomimetic nanovehicle hybridizing the cell membrane of mesenchymal stem with liposome. This hybrid shows advantages both highly efficient inflammation targeting good drug-loading capacity, resulting in specifically targeted delivery methylprednisolone to inflammatory damaged lung cells. A single-dose administration this achieves prominent suppression, showing promising potential for treatment against acute injury reduced side effects.
